Situated right in the middle of ancient white rock formations and golden beaches, the area stretching between one of the oldest cities in Europe, Balchik, and Cape Kaliakra is the most picturesque and tranquil part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The wilderness of the region combined with the exclusivity of available resorts, boasting breathtaking views and amazing weather can easily trick one into thinking they teleported in the southern parts of France. Of course, a brief 40 minute drive to Varna can help you reach any destination in the world, especially since Istanbul airport is only 30 minutes away from you by plane. For those of you who would prefer to travel more exclusively, we offer private plane chartering from Balchik airport, only 5 minutes away from our resort, to almost every destination in Europe.

The resort area “Tuzlata” with the largest deposits of mud in Eastern Europe is located approximately 2 km south of the complex. There is a mud therapy centre in the resort, where mud-cure procedures (partial and whole body mud application, mud baths) are applied; hydro-thermal sea water baths, open mud-cure area (male and female) for mud-cure procedures by body mud coating under open sunlight (the so called Egyptian method). Looking ahead – a modern SPA and mud treatment centre is to be built nearby.

There are three golf courses in the area – “Light House Golf”, “Black Sea Rama” and “Thracian Cliffs”. Chief designer of the last two is Gary Player – Chairman of the World Golf Association.

“Thracian Cliffs” golf course was voted 3rd among the top 100 most spectacular golf courses in continental Europe. The course is located along the Black Sea coast at approximately 2 km distance from our complex and everyone is welcome to try it! We will be offering transfers to the locations.
