While our final goal remains the full development of a closed and fully self-sufficient resort consisting of 450 apartments, a modern SPA complex, restaurants, sports facilities, playgrounds and stores, we acknowledge the fact that we need to start small in order to limit the risk. After completing the first phase, which we estimate would take us around 9 months from start to finish, we will develop a general masterplan for the whole plot, which will be the skeleton of what we develop in the future.
The second stage, which will be fully usable by the beginning summer of 2027, will consist of 75 apartments and studios, a large mineral water swimming pool, outdoor SPA, which will be accessible 365 days a year. While some apartments will come with private gardens, others will boast large balconies overlooking the beautiful coast.
