About the developer
Our current project, White Coast Spa Residences, located in close proximity to White Coast Hill Residences, was constructed back in 2008, during the peak of the financial crisis. Despite being 15 years old, many claim it is the best maintained resort in the whole region, which allowed us to sell at prices reaching €1600 per square meter.
Throughout the years we not only managed to sell almost all 75 apartments that were for sale, but got the chance to gather experience in the rental business and grow it to be among the highest rated properties in the whole region for almost a decade now.
The gathered expertise in construction, management style, sale and rent model will be applied to our new resort, guaranteeing the highest quality of maintenance and return on investment for prospective apartment owners in the long run.
